Working from home has benefits, so if you're gonna leave it, leave it for something that’s just as cozy and with the thing that's missing most from it: other people. 

Introducing Good Work - traditional coworking with a twist. It provides all the expected amenities like cozy workspaces, reliable Wi-Fi, and endless hot beverages but with an added emphasis on fostering connections.

Doors open at 10 am and you'll find a diverse array of activities to choose from, ranging from shared meals, popcorn drops, walks, talks, naps, dance, games, sauna and a zero-proof happy hour everyday. The day concludes at 6 pm, leaving you refreshed, reconnected and reset.

Care Practice

If you’re seeking to incorporate more care in your life but find it challenging to access or prefer to not do it alone, join us for Care Practice. This is an informal yet structured experience akin to a drop-in session, where you have the flexibility to decide how you'd like to engage and whether you focus on self-care or collective care. Care Practice provides a variety of optional activities that can be undertaken asynchronously:

Sauna, Hammocking, Digital Detoxing, Care Packaging, Space for Solitude, Conversations about collective living and liberation

In addition, folks are invited to offer gifts they may wish to share and receive so no two evenings are the same. Child care is not provided but children are definitely welcome.

Presence Practice

For those who yearn for more ease, peace and quality time into their lives, join us for Presence Practice. This experience combines informality with structure, resembling a drop-in session where participation in activities is entirely optional. You have the freedom to decide whether you'll cultivate presence individually or in the company of others. Presence Practice offers a variety of optional and asynchronous activities to suit your preferences:

Sauna, Reading , Journaling , Digital Detoxing, Live Meditation (630pm), Conversations about presence and distraction   

The live meditation is followed by an optional group conversation about what came up during it and space is collectively held for grief. Child care is not provided but children are definitely welcome.

Friendship Practice

For those who wish to make friends or better show up for those you do have, join us for Friendship Practice. This experience combines informality with structure, resembling a drop-in session where participation in activities is entirely optional. You have the freedom to decide whether you'll cultivate presence individually or in the company of others. Friendship Practice offers a variety of optional and asynchronous activities to suit your preferences:

Sauna, Digital Detoxing , Care Packaging, Relational Games, Relationship Auditing, Role playing hard conversations and deep listening 

In addition, conversations about relationship ruptures and experiences with loneliness are held if requested. Child care is not provided but children are definitely welcome.

Building upon the success of our celebrated Play 101 program, Play Practice offers a warm and inviting environment where you can rekindle your love for play. Through a curated selection of enjoyable and accessible activities, we aim to help you relax and "loosen your play muscles." This immersive experience goes beyond mere entertainment; it fosters the development of creativity, spontaneity, and a deeper connection with others through playful interactions. Join us in embracing a more playful lifestyle and discover the transformative power of joy and lightheartedness. Everything is optional, there is no touch and you are welcome to witness as well as actively participate.
