Reset hosts custom half-day, full-day, and multi-day retreats for teams and organizations looking to deepen trust, build connection, and rest together. Each retreat is tailored to the needs of the group, offering a mix of facilitated reflection, playful activities, collective rituals, and moments of rest. Whether in nature or in the city, our retreats are designed to feel like a reset—on purpose, together.
-
Our team retreat work emerged from years of designing immersive experiences like Camp Reset, Pop-Up Playground, and The Community Living Room—spaces where people could practice new ways of being together. As organizations began reaching out for help rebuilding connection post-pandemic, we saw an opportunity to bring our social health approach into workplaces and mission-driven teams in a deeper way.

So many workplaces are navigating burnout, conflict, and disconnection—and we believe rest and reflection are vital tools for repair. We chose to offer team retreats because we wanted to support changemakers, collaborators, and organizations in cultivating stronger internal culture, rooted in community-building rather than productivity alone.
-
We’ve had the honour of designing retreats for a range of incredible teams, including: Nia Centre for the Arts, Forth Youth Initiative, 880 Cities, CP Planning, and the Tapestry Community Capital team. Each retreat is co-designed with client partners, with stewardship by the Reset core team and collaborators.
-
Retreats are delivered on a fee-for-service basis, with budgets varying based on duration, location, and design scope. We work with each partner to ensure the experience is accessible, care-full, and aligned with their goals—whether funded through internal professional development budgets, grants, or shared investment models.
Case Study: Tapestry Community Capital
In 2025, Tapestry Community Capital invited Reset to design and facilitate a full-day retreat focused on rest, reflection, and reconnection. Held in Toronto, the experience was co-created through surveys and conversations with the Tapestry team to ensure programming reflected their needs, interests, and identities.
The day featured group meditation, a playful "Playshop," collaborative crafting, and a guided rest experience—each designed to gently shift participants out of productivity and into presence. With accessibility, care, and choice at the core, the retreat supported participants across a range of energy levels and comfort zones.
Led by Reset’s core team and a diverse collective of collaborators, the retreat offered a meaningful pause to practice the social skills of community and trust-building, together.
